1st class service

Always impressed by the customer service from Silica Waters. Not only is the product excellent but their customer experience matters too. I have been buying from them for several years now and anytime I’ve had an issue with anything they are always quick to resolve. My recent purchase was a fine example, even when the error on ordering was my mistake they emailed me within a few hours to highlight the mistake and correct it. First class product and first class service, always: Jackie
