The secret of silica-rich zones  – where people live longest

People live longest in zones blessed with natural silica-rich water. That is the revelation in a new book entitled “Silica water: The secret of healthy Blue Zone longevity in the aluminium age”

The findings are documented in a book by Harvard biochemist Dr Dennis Crouse, who highlights five parts of the world where people live the longest. The one thing in common is that they all have tap water naturally rich in dissolved silica.

The doctor details how the silica contributes to longevity and its impact on Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, MS, seizures, osteoporosis, atherosclerosis (furring up arteries) and autism.

The book points to the ubiquitous use of toxic aluminium foil in cooking, and alum salts as an additive in food, tapwater, medications, cosmetics as well as aluminium particles in the air we breathe.

A recent study also shows how aluminium is a powerful immuno-suppressant: For the science:

Fortunately UK science shows that soluble silicic acid found naturally in silicawater uniquely removes toxic aluminium from the body in a totally safe and non-invasive way. For the science:
